Customer handshake API

An API to initiate customer’s video banking journey from any of your systems like Netbanking or mobile banking. Using the API, you can pre-authorize customers and connect them to video bankers. Any amount of profile information can also be shared with the video banker.

Get video call details API

All details of a video call can be retrieved by calling a single API and passing any unique handle like customer ID, mobile number etc. Details like recording, docs, photos, video banker details, customer profile details, chat, time stamps, QnA etc are available in the API. The API is used to update other systems of the bank like CRM, Core banking, Branch banking etc.

Amazon SQS

VideoCX.io uses Amazon SQS Messaging Queue Service to publish all the data collected over the video calls, their closures, video banker status change etc. Any 3rd party system can read the data.

Get wait time and queue status for a specific group of Video Bankers

Know the real time queue status for each customer and the time they may have to wait for in case all the video bankers are busy. This will help you take a call if the customer should be sent in the queue, or should be asked to try another time.

Availability API for an individual video banker

An API to know if a specific video banker is logged in, available for calls, busy on call or on a break. This API can also be used to integrate with any other dialer to mark the employee busy in any other system.

Get video banker group details API

An API to know how many video bankers are there in the group, how many available to take calls, how many are on call and how many are on a break. This API can be used to route customers to a specific known video banker.

API to close a call from other systems

If you have any other dialers integrated with your video banking platform, you can use our API to close / dispose a video banking call from any other system.

User Access Management APIs

You can create, manage, edit and delete users in our platform using our UAM APIs. It allows one to one creation or even bulk user creation.

Data purge API

You can download all the video call data, store it in your other systems and call our Data purge API to purge the complete history of each individual call from our cloud servers.

Third party APIs

Our platform has an open API structure and we can integrate any third party APIs into your video banking workflow. Some examples are Amazon Face Rekognition, Amazon Liveness check API, Digi Locker, Aadhar XML, NSDL check, Aadhar XML, Google Map API, IP2Locaton API, Fasta API.
