WorkApps has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages the personal information
that it collects from you (the User) online.

Definitions
Terms Definition as per DPDP Act, 2023 Digital Personal Data (DPD) Any information relating to a natural person that is processed in electronic form, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers, location data, and any other data that can identify an individual, whether directly or indirectly. Data Principal The natural person to whom the digital personal data relates. Data Fiduciary An entity that determines the purpose and means of processing digital personal data, or a processor acting on behalf of such an entity. WorkApps is a Data Fiduciary for the data it collects from Users Processing Any operation performed on digital personal data, such as collection, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, alteration, erasure, or transfer. Consent A free, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the Data Principal’s wishes, either by a statement or a clear affirmative action, to agree to the processing of his/her DPD. Data Localization Storing and processing DPD within India, unless an exception applies. -
Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure
By registering or using the WorkApps site, you provide explicit, informed consent for the specific purposes listed in Section 4 (“Purposes for Collecting Personal Information”)
WorkApps may occasionally update this Privacy Policy and will post the changes at this or another specified location.
A User may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time. Please note that, if you do, WorkApps may suspend its provision of products and services to you and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawl.
For any processing that is not based on consent (e.g., legal obligations, contract performance), WorkApps will rely on the appropriate lawful basis defined under the DPDP Act.

Accountability
WorkApps collects, at the time of your registration and your sign-on to its web site, certain “Personal Information” (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, photo and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses).
WorkApps has implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its Users, and to respond to any inquiries. The Privacy Policy also provides that WorkApps will use appropriate contractual means to
establish a comparable level of protection for personal information which is sent for processing by third parties on WorkApps’s behalf. -
Third Party Vendors
This website uses Google AdWords and may use in future other marketing platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook ads, Twitter ads, etc.
Google’s advertising network displays WorkApps ads on other websites. Google uses cookies to display WorkApps ads based on our visitors’ past visits to the WorkApps website.
You may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry.
This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the
WorkApps website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences (Google Ads Settings) page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings

Purposes for Collecting Personal Information
WorkApps collects and uses personal information for the following Identified Purposes:
- to understand User needs regarding WorkApps’s services.
- to fulfill your requests for products, services or information.
- to communicate with Users and site visitors, when necessary, and to inform Users of upgrades, as well as of other products and services available from WorkApps, its affiliates and third parties.
- to allow Users to access limited-entry areas of WorkApps’s site.
- to personalize some of our services and products for you and to deliver targeted advertisements and
offers from WorkApps and third parties. - to bill accounts and maintain payment records; if applicable.
- to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request.
- to respond to a legitimate claim, or to address our reasonable belief, that you are violating the rights of any third party or any of the agreements or policies that govern your use of the WorkApps site or any WorkApps product or service.
- to protect the services, products or rights of WorkApps, including but not limited to the security or integrity of the WorkApps site.
- to identify and resolve technical problems concerning WorkApps’s site, products and services.
If we hire other companies to provide some products or services on our behalf, then we will only provide those companies the personal information they need for the Identified Purposes, and we will limit their rights to use and further disclose your personal information as appropriate in the course of their work for us.
For each purpose that relies on consent, one can manage their consent via their account settings.

Data Localisation & Transfer
All DPD collected from Indian users is stored on servers located in India.
If we need to transfer DPD outside India (e.g., to a cloud provider or a third-party processor), we will do so only after obtaining your explicit consent or when a statutory exemption applies (such as a court order or a requirement to protect vital interests).
We maintain a written contract with any overseas processor that includes DPDP-required safeguards (e.g., data-processing agreement, security standards, and audit rights).

Limiting the Collection of Personal Information
WorkApps limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes. WorkApps does not direct its site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen.
When you visit the WorkApps web site, a cookie may be placed on your computer or the cookie may be read if you have visited the WorkApps site previously. WorkApps uses cookies to allow WorkApps to determine which products and services you have already purchased so that WorkApps does not provide redundant information to you, If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the WorkApps web site, you may not be able to view all the text on the screens, or to experience a personalized visit, or to subscribe to certain service and product offerings on the WorkApps site.

Disclosure, Processing and Retention
WorkApps does not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to anyone else, except:
- to someone you have designated to act as your agent, for one or more of the Identified Purposes (listed in Section 3, above);
- a very limited amount, and in very few cases, to WorkApps’s employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, business associates, service providers, suppliers and agents, acting on WorkApps’s behalf for any of the Identified Purposes;
- as necessary if WorkApps has reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally)
with WorkApps’s rights or property, other users of WorkApps’s web site, products or services, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities; and to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law. - the Retention of the User DPD will be done for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes listed in Section 4, or as required by law.
In addition, as we continue to develop our business, we or our affiliates may sell or buy other businesses or entities, or we may merge with another company. In such transactions, personal information may be one of the transferred
business assets. Also, in the event that WorkApps or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.Your information may be stored and processed in India, or in any other country in which WorkApps or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using this web site, you consent to any such transfer of information
outside of your country.After your account becomes inactive (that is, if you request to be removed from our database), WorkApps will keep your personal information in its archives. Your information will then be used only as necessary for tax reasons
or to prove WorkApps’s compliance with any applicable law. This Clause should be read together with the Terms and Conditions. -
Accuracy of Personal Information
WorkApps will use reasonable efforts to keep User personal information accurate for the Identified Purposes, and for minimizing the possibility of making inappropriate User decisions based on such information. Users are responsible for informing WorkApps about changes to their personal information. WorkApps will use new or updated personal information it receives from Users to update its own records.

Data Principal Rights
- Request a copy of the Digital Personal Data (DPD) held about you given the request is legitimate and within the boundations of the DPDP act.
- Request to correction of data in accordance to Accuracy of Personal Information section.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) allows the user to request deletion of their digital personal data when no longer required. This would automatically lead to termination of any servives provided by Workapps to the user.
- Right to Data Portability allows the user to obtain their digital personal data in a structured, commonly used format
- Right to restrict processing can be done for optional consent(eg., marketing, performance,etc) not necessary to the provision of core services provision by WorkApps.
- Right to object to processing data for direct marketing and profiling given that explicit consent is not given for the same.
- Right to Withdraw Consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Security Safeguards
WorkApps will use reasonable efforts to protect Users’ personal information.
We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2/1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest).
Access to DPD is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.
Regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits are conducted to ensure the continued confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by DPDP.

Access to Personal Information
WorkApps will afford you a reasonable opportunity to review the personal information in your file, if you so request by sending an email to
If WorkApps is not able to provide access to some aspect of a User’s personal information, it will provide reasons for denying access such as; that by doing so would likely reveal personal information about a third party, or that it is confidential commercial information or attorney’client privileged communications, or that the information relates to a breach of an agreement or a contravention of law, or that its disclosure could reasonably be expected to threaten the life or security of another individual.
Users have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by
contacting WorkApps as described above. WorkApps will promptly correct such personal information.
